A child smiling is willing to go the extra mile. One of my highest values is well-being. As a mom of a wonderful daughter, nothing is more important than a child's well-being.
I support the Swiss Theodora Foundation, which aims to bring laughter, joy, and diversion to children in hospitals and institutions for disabilities.
Every week, the foundation arranges and funds visits by professional artists - the Dream Doctors - to these places. Through this support, the Dream Doctors are able to bring smiles to the children's faces and give them a break from everyday hospital life.
These moments of distraction are invaluable and have a lasting impact on the children's lives. I feel privileged to make a difference in their lives, as children are the most precious thing in life!
